09 Jul N-336 Approval from Philadelphia Immigration Office
Our law firm recently received an approval of a N-336 for a client at the Philadelphia Immigration Office. USCIS initially denied our client’s N-400 naturalization application on the basis that he had failed to disclose an arrest on a prior application filed with USCIS. Our immigration lawyers determined that USCIS did not have any direct evidence that our client had failed to disclose the arrest and in fact we obtained compelling circumstantial evidence that our client did in fact disclose the arrest on the prior application. We filed a N-336 request for a hearing on the denied N-400 application and following the N-336 interview USCIS approved our client’s N-400 application and our client is now a United States Citizen.
