PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Marco Pignone III, Esq. is a partner in the Firm and concentrates his practice in Immigration Law. He has extensive trial experience and has represented immigrants in immigration courts nationwide in matters ranging from asylum to employment based green card applications. He has represented clients at all levels of the immigration court process, including the Board of Immigration Appeals, United States Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pignone graduated with high honors from the University of Florida in 1996, and subsequently graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2000. Prior to joining Getson & Schatz, P.C., he was a solo practitioner focusing exclusively on Immigration Law.
